Which Payment methods can I use?
littlesimpl has multiple payment options available at your disposal. You can pay your order through a credit or debit card, netbanking. You can get in touch with us via email for paying through purchase orders. littlesimpl does not support COD (Cash-On-Delivery) as we are supplying essential covid products that are made just for you. Once manufactured, the products have null value for manufacturer.
How is my price determined?
Whether you’re curious about the cost of your order or the price difference between different designs or products, we’re always here to provide a quick, accurate price quote with no obligation to buy. Your all-inclusive littlesimpl price is primarily determined by three things:
1. The product you select.
2. The Demand and Supply Balance
3. The total quantity of items in your order.
Other factors such as personalization (adding personalized names and/or numbers to your items) or special requests also affect the cost.
Savings tip: The easiest way to reduce the cost per item is to increase the quantity of your order. Consider ordering a few extras to maximize your savings.
Can I get a sample before I order?
At littlesimpl , you can order 1 to 500 pcs at retail price. We take care of everything else. If your quantity exceeds 150 pcs, we recommend that you contact us and we will get you a custom quote.
How do I order my products with different colors, or styles?
- Once you have finalized your product you can contact littlesimpl team for futher details.
- NOTE: We require you to create an account in order to be able to demand customized covid items from vendors and manufacturers.
Can I pay with a cheque or purchase order?
littlesimpl can handle bulk production of 500 pcs or more against a cheque or a purchase order in certain cases. For more information, please contact us with your development.
What if I have a problem with my order?
- littlesimpl has an extremely effective Return and Replacement policy when it comes to your order. If you feel that your order has any problems, you can head over to My Account-Orders and file for a replacement for the order that you have received. Returns and Replacements are handled at littlesimpl by our senior management that consider each case to decide how each ticket will be handled.
- If your query is related to a damaged product, payments, delivery and other services please contact us and raise a ticket.
Can I order multiple mask models with customized material?
How many minimum items do I have to order?
- At littlesimpl we pass the order to our toll-manufacturer. Thus the limit of your order is endless. One to infinity. We have it all In-House! Time Limit can be extended for huge order.
Our Products have Minimum order quantity mentioned in their description. You can order to the maximum stock available. If we allow backorders for the products then you can order more then the available stock.

When will I receive my order?
AnukulKarma takes 5 business days to dispatch your order. This timeframe is standard however your order may take less or more time depending on how complex it is. We deploy various printing methods to print your order to make sure we have the right printing method for the right design.
What happens after I place my order?
- Once you place your order, our order team will review your order to make sure that it is perfect and ready for print.
- Your artwork is thoroughly checked for aesthetics, printability, and errors. We will automatically adjust common issues like alignment, contrast, line thickness, and spelling errors.
- Your products then go through out 4 step manufacturing process. You will receive constant updates from us as your product is manufactured, packaged, shipped and delivered..
